...Phonics is one of the most important skills for young students to learn. I will help build students phonics skills in order be able to apply them in reading and writing. I have been doing one on one tutoring for 7 years.

...I would have math manipulatives, math games, charts, paper and pencil activities, an abacus, or whatever is needed in the lesson to help the student grasp the concept being taught. When appropriate, I would use books, fingerplays, and songs in my lessons to to help the very young learn math concepts. I would try to make my lessons interesting to the student.
