...I taught bilingual education, all subjects in English and Spanish, grades 1-6. During that time, I completed the coursework for receiving my K-12 Bilingual California State Teachers Credential at California State University Los Angeles. I taught Elementary school for 10 years and also have homeschooled my own children, beginning their reading programs with a phonics-based program.
