...Spelling and grammar are something that can be checked by Word. I do bring a lot of things to the classroom such as movies, music and even use YouTube to help engage the student in detailed conversations. I try to teach my students like I would like to be taught.

...I worked as a kindergarten teacher's assistant for two years while I was in college. I helped the students work on phonics every day I was there (which was 3 days a week). We did group work on recognizing and making sounds, as well as individual work on worksheets, and we would play phonics games. I am a native Russian speaker.
