...Although I'm not a native speaker, this can work as an advantage because I have a perspective and a passion to learn it that a Native speaker may not have. Regarding my methods, I believe in spending as much time as possible in communication, and not on meaningless drills and grammar. Grammar is essential is some cases, but it is best taught briefly in the context of real communication.
