I am retired after 15 years as Dean of Education for a private special purpose school where I was over all subject matter and acted as psychologist and evaluator to prepare appropriate IEP.

I have been involved with American Sign Language for many years and have gained extensive knowledge of the language as well as the culture. The best way to learn any language is to be immersed in an environment where the student is exposed to it 24/7. Currently I am in such an environment.
