Pharyngealisation of vowels after pharyngeal segments, which are subsequently lost. (I consider this to be one change, since the pharyngeal quality is essentially "moving into" the vowel.)

[cý áˁ áˁ pʲí]

(Also, keep in mind that pharyngealised vowels are pronounced more backed than their unpharyngealised counterparts, though I will continue to represent them with [a] instead of [a̠] or [ɑ].)
