I came across this website recently (although I have had it bookmarked some time ago, I just completely forgot about it):
http://robert-pfeffer.spacequadrat.de/g ... index.html

The intro on the website is self-explanatory. However, check the link on the right that says "Goth. Readings". There is a video there of the author reading a text in Gothic, the Gospel of Luke actually (with a Church Slavonic choir music in the back, yay!). I also found the video (which on the website is in flash) on Youtube, so you might check it there also:

I have been fascinated with Gothic for a long time, but I have never put enough effort to learn at least some basic vocabulary. OCS always comes first somehow.

Beautiful! Such a shame Gothic died out. Nice alphabet as well, although I suppose if the language were still spoken now the Gothic alphabet would have been supplanted by the Latin.

I love Gothic dearly. It's so sharp, and whimsical. Someone should incorporate it in a conlang, it might catch on. 8-)
