I agree with you, if Google Translations translated your sentence well.
Speak: Dutch, English
Something between reading and speaking: French, German
Read: Latin, Ancient Greek

Japanese: somewhere around JLPT 4 level (out of 5), I guess. Also, I (should) know around 250-300 kanji.

The pronoun isn't needed there.

What does محاناً mean?
そうだ。死んでいる人も勃起することが出来る。
俺はその証だ。

It's a typo - the correct spelling is مجاناً. So the correct translation is اللغة مجاناً although I have a suspicion the plural might be better. That would be اللغات مجاناً.

I'm also pretty sure that חפשי in Hebrew means "free" as in "at liberty," but I could be wrong. I haven't studied that language for a long time.

No, it's actually ungrammatical. You said "the language she is free."

Also, where did you get the word بلاش? It's not in my dictionary.

ungrammatical is not the same as unintelligible

i've heard numerous native speakers use phrases very similar to the one i used, grammatical or not

Also, where did you get the word بلاش? It's not in my dictionary.
