I would like to see a resource about that, but sometimes they include it with the dental consonants just for simplicity's sake.

The Telugulo Chandovisheshaalu (tel: తెలుగులొ ఛఁదొవిశెశాలు), a book describing the Telugu language, lists a dental trill.
