The point isn't really whether it loads fast or not, but that site excludes as many people as possible, but being Flash, and by being huge. That site could have been created with accessibility in mind, but it wasn't.

First of all it's not huge, if it was it would take forever to open, which it doesn't, and second: everyone has Flash. At least here in Serbia. I don' know about y'all in them First World countries.

I certainly wouldn't call Poland a "commonwealth of diverse cultures". Over 95% of the population are ethnic Poles & speak Polish as their native language. That is overwhelmingly homogeneous. And almost all of the ethnic minorities are not what are called "visible minorities" which means they don't really look different from the majority.
If you want a real "commonwealth of diverse cultures", look at nations like India, Indonesia, Brazil, or the United States.
