I don't get it.

Is it some sort of joke or did you type the wrong character. Because that is shāng. (I copied and pasted it into Wiktionary and shāng came up so it has to be shāng.)

In colloquial Cantonese, <囧> is used as an emoticon for sadness or depression, representing a sad face.

In fact, 囧 is used all over China (and Taiwan), and can mean almost any emotion. Look here.
It can mean a response to something funny, awkward, or embarassment... Or you can 囧 just when you feel like it.
Because 囧 (or 冏, or any part resembling a face) can be a part of many characters, people use many other characters (many of which rare) as the "different forms of 囧".

崮 is the king of the 囧 Kingdom
莔 being the queen
囼 lacks the eyes
and 圙 is a wrinkled face.

商 is one of the "forms", with a hat.

The Chinese character 囧 (jiong) accually means "spirited" or "energised" as in referring to motivations. However, recent Chinese slang usage of 囧 (orz) is a butchering of the Japanese phrase 押忍 (osu). The 押忍 as used by the Japanese can bear many different meanings depending upon the situation and the context of which 押忍 is used. However, the Chinese slang of 囧, adopted the meaning of "oh crap", "oh man", "darn it" and "what the h..." from 押忍.

The word 囧 is butchered into this slang usage because, supposedly 囧 looks like a human face in shock (please compare the word 囧 with Picasso's "Scream"). This is the meaning of the word 囧, both authentic Chinese and the slang usage.
