Yes I am interested in Uzbek, Sobekhotep, as I once was in Georgia for a week I'm caught interest for Central Asian and Caucasian languages. But I found it very difficult to gather material about Uzbek, could you find some?

Here are some:
Introduction to the Uzbek language
Uzbek Wikibook
Unilang Uzbek lessons
ISMAN dictionary
Zangori kema dictionary
Uzbek language tools
Uzbek teachionary

Besides the ISMAN dictionary & the Oxus site I've never used any of those sites so I can't say how good they are.

I've dabbled in several languages but never really achieved fluency in any because I kept switching languages.
Right now I'm working on Japanese.

I can speak it pretty well, but I don't think I'm fluent. I still have trouble understanding a lot of the spoken language.
