I've noticed that users can't edit or delete their own posts in the "Language" forums.

Yes, it's quite annoying when you come back even an hour later and you can't edit anymore. T__T

I think we should be able to edit and delete whenever we want, I can't see why there are restrictions for it. :/ :?:

Yes. Well, I don't know if there is a limit for deleting them (after someone has replied to the thread after the post, it can't be done anymore) but there surely is for editing them. In the old forum, I remember having edited a post of mine three-four months after posting it. ^^

I don't mind the deleting rule, but I HATE the editing rule. If I make any slight mistake I have to either leave it, or make a whole other post just to correct something. And being as anal retentive as I am, you know I'm going to waste a post correcting myself.
