Sorry, it's nit time.
What you've given here are different phonetic realizations of phonemes. Those are enclosed in [square brackets], not <angle brackets>; angle brackets are for orthographic representations. Meanwhile, phonemes are enclosed in /slashes/ if you ever deal with those.

Fluent: français
Basic: Cymraeg
Really basic: Español, lingua latīna
Conlangs (current): tikolmil, llyffws, Arliks, dilir

Yes, I realized this later. I don't remember why I put them in angle brackets, to be honest. Some of the punctuation in IPA is not clearly defined (like angle brackets, for instance), or is confusing for the layman to understand.

I know the difference now, though. :P
