Is there anyone who had a Czech Cyrillic alphabet?

I amn't sure I'm understanding ye correctly, but if ye mean "has Czech ever used the Cyrillic alphabet" then no, I don't think so. But Czech rules of pronunciation the language's phonemes would mean that it would be an easy language to invent a Cyrillic system for.
