Yes, all post-alveolars are labialized for me.

Here's your first problem--and one that any spelling reformer has to grapple with sooner or later--and that's that I have different vowel sounds in tall and knot. And so do tens of millions of other English speakers.

that's funny, i don't. then again, i live in the Pacific Northwest, so tall is just a long vowel of knot.

I was born in the Bronx and raised in Connecticut, and have lived in Ohio and Oregon since. I ended up with pronunciations roughly as <tɒ:l> and <nɔt>.
