Yeah, I found out what it is a few days ago, but I couldn't post it. It is an Old Russian secret script allegedly invented or made under the order of the
Russian Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich Romanov in 1667. It was used to inscribe a text on a bell that was forged for a monastery in Zvenigorod where Tsar's rural residence was. The text:

It is actually 6 different scripts. The first 5 are conscripts the 6th is a Cyrillic title script with letters having switched meaning. The bell was destroyed in a fire, but someone has copied the text before and it exists in couple of manuscripts, although scholars have noted that there are couple of mistakes in the copies, obviously because the copyists were not enough familiar with the script.
