Hey ebullibudy, I'm trying to find a certain site, and I think someone on here posted it, but I can't remember the name of it. :/

Anyways, it's a website based out of some university here in the USA, and what it does is it receives broadcasts of news from other countries and re-transmits it on their website for people to view.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I haven't visited the site on my computer, only on my dad's, and I won't be going back there for another week and a half, so I hope someone else knows it. (:
