Is this ancient Greek?

Postby mfjbaasten » Thu 09 May 2013 5:12 pm

The picture I posted on http://imgur.com/K7mdN2b (Album Amicorum from 1605) contains clear Latin, Greek and Hebrew text; no problem there. But could anyone transliterate the bottom line? The second word seems to read οὺ (cf. ἰδοὺ a few lines above; possibly οὐ), the fourth word also seems to contain ου. But what about the rest? An enigma to me. All help is appreciated.

Tried to spell it, and found "olbos opgomen" right above the date. Don't know what it means, though.
