Please help me to transliterate (or better yet - to translate too!) the inscriptions on the walls of the Buddist temple in Saint-Petersburg.

The temple is being restored after many years of misuse and abuse.

I've been to Nepal lately, unfortunately, nobody even there, not even in Patan, was able to help me with those scriptures...

The language is maybe Sanskrit or Pali. But the script is that of Nepal Bhasa in ranjana. The third pic is the Saptakskar(सप्ताक्षर), a monogram type of Ranjana script only for this matra purpose. It has alphabets "ए" at right and "बं" at left. The middle monogram has "ह क्ष म र ब र यं" alphabets.
