معرفش is not something i've heard before

لآ أعرف is msa though

ماعرفش ma3aráfsh means "I didn't know" in Egyptian Arabic ("I don't know" would be مابعرفش maba3rífsh) and it's strictly a vernacular construction, not one from Standard Arabic.
