I think in order for it to work you would have to add extra letters to it.

I've done this for English.

True, I will work on this as a side project for Karažun then. Thank you for the hint. By the way, are you able to transliterate this Karažun phrase written in hangeul?

Here is the comparison of the Karažun phrase in hangeul and the cyrillic:

hangeul

cyrillic version 1

cyrillic version 2

No. I am not found of the Perso-Arabic script for the writing of Karažun. However, for other conlangs of mine, it has been done.

The followings are the revised attempt on writing Karažun in hangeul:

hangeul version 2
baturu balanži arušalañ hašti,
zapirita gulinži panayañ hašti.

The followings are the Karažun words for king and queen:

Image
gahan
king

Image
gežun
queen

In Karažun, the words for king and queen are the origin for the words for mister and mistress/miss:
Image
šarhanyañ šeražunyañ
ladies and gentlemen
šarhan mister
šeražun mistress/miss

If shall a man is named Idiot Dorksmith, in Karažun we would write as šar idiotu dorukšmit han but, in speech we would simply say "dorukšmit han", the same rule applies to šeražun.
