Here is a example in Bectno:

Ogukwnib 1:6

Rgar agae tiyew daurg nar vwxinw
wddwxrucw vtaxjbiqkwsfwnwbr ud wcwet
fiis ivhwxr qguxg ua ub tiy ub Xgeuar Hwaya.
Pronounceation:
(ohgookwihneeb 1:6
ruhgahr uhjae tee-oo daurg nahr vwisheenwe
weddwushrukwuh vuhtash-jebikwuh-kwisfwunwuber ood wetswet
fihs ivherwuhshr chuhgushguh oo-aa oob Shgoo-ahr Hwae-ya.)

This is the Bible verse Philemon 1:6. Does the colang need any changes?

I need help making a writing system for it. Please help.
I want to start out with latin letters and then go with like a Chinese character of sorts system.

I can't recommend enough learning a proper phonetic transcription system like the International Phonetic Alphabet. It's nigh impossible for me to determine what pronunciation is indicated here by your ad-hoc respellings.

As for other aspects of the conlang, I'd really need an interlinear gloss to make any sense of them.

But short forms of what vowel? Ask five different English-speakers, and they will all pronounce these differently.

I don't really have any thoughts, except to suggest trying to syllabize some of your consonants in the consonant clusters or use more vowel letters to represent the vowel sounds that seem to follow a lot of your consonants but aren't written. I can get a rough idea of how your conlang is pronounced from what you're written, but using a standard transcription system would definitely make it a lot easier. It's not absolutely necessary and I'm not going to force it on you, but it's always a good idea.
There's at least one good book out there on the IPA, and there's a Wikipedia page (please click the link) on X-SAMPA. I always use the latter for my transcriptions because you can just type it with your keyboard.

Oh, and from what I've seen, I really like Bectno. I'd love to get a better idea of it. :)
