I picked bike/walk/take public transit because that's what I do most of the time, but when riding in a car I do wear a seatbelt. It's there for a reason, that reason being that you don't want to end u[ having your grey matter scraped off the crosswalk.

I picked the first choice because I don't want to die in a wreck because I didn't have a seat belt on. That would be really sad because I could've prevented it, but I didn't.
I also like to sleep on my seat belt. Usually they're sturdy and can support my head on a long trip.

When I'm in countries where it is the law/social norm, I'd wear one, and when I'm in countries where it is not the law/social norm I wouldn't.

Don't get me wrong, I'd prefer wearing a seatbelt - it is safer - but sometimes there just aren't working seatbelts in the car, or there are more people than there are seatbelts in the car. In those times you can't really go whining for a seatbelt.

It's practically illegal to not wear one here so the answer is yes!
