...I am deaf in but excellent at sign language, mathematics and computer skills. However, out of the subjects, I would love to teach any student American Sign Language for odd reasons. I have three years experience of substitute teaching at a charter school, and a few years of tutoring for sign language back in my college years.

I am currently obtaining my masters in Deaf education. I have gone through student teaching and have one more class this summer before getting my degree. My certification is in progress and I will have this as soon as my degree is posted online.

...I have tutored deaf students in English and writing skills as well as proofreading and time organization needed to complete writing tests. I have many deaf friends. I was also an interpreter/aide at the Irving, Tx Regional Day School for the Deaf from 1993-1995.

...Also my course completion rate has doubled in the past two years. My rapport with my students is what gives them success. They like me (for some reason even though I'm a stickler for the rules), so they complete lots of work for me, and they do it well.
