...Phonics is a reading and spelling teaching technique, that emphasizes letter symbols and their sound relationships. For example, the letter 'c' can make a soft sound, like the sound of the letter 's', or a hard sound, like the sound of the letter 'k'. As indicated, phonics stresses the relationships between language sounds and the letters that are represented for those sounds.

...I took Algebra 2 in middle school (a few years ahead of schedule). In high school and college I then volunteered my time tutoring other students in Algebra 2. Algebra 2 involves the application of theories that I use every day in life and used frequently in my classes as a business major.
