...The field of Classics is so often treated as dead, and if not, as something only for elites. That just isn't true! I am passionate about bringing Latin and Greek to life and showing my students how these two languages are vibrant, alive and fun.

...It's a pleasure to work with highly motivated students but I also love working with students who don't seem to "get it" and are frustrated. The best moment is seeing their faces when they finally "get it". Latin is a great language and makes sense if the explanations and exercises are appropriate for the learner.
