...I did that for about three months. I have taught ASL to my niece and currently teaching it to my son who is 9 months old.In the summer 2008 I graduated from University of South Florida with a minor in American Sign Language. For 6 months, I started a American Sign Language group at my church which I lead and taught the people American Sign Language.

...My first language is American Sign Language. Both my parents are Deaf, and I grew up a hearing child in a Deaf world. During my time working as an ESE teacher I focused on teaching my students to communicate via ASL.

...I am attending Fashion Design school at Bauder College. I can give basic instruction on sewing which covers beginners. I also am able to work with students on designs (artwork). I currently teach ASL at a Learning Center.

...At age 5 I was enrolled in school and began learning American Sign Language. But not only did my parents want me to communicate with ASL, they also desired they learn to speak orally and read lips. This has afforded me the best of both worlds as I see less go between the deaf and hearing environments.
