I was a math teacher in the Ivory Coast, Africa. I taught two pre-university classes and managed the math program through the school. I came to the US to pursue my graduate studies in Operations Research and Economics.

I have studied saxophone since September 1996. While attending the University of Georgia, I majored in Music Education with the saxophone as my primary instrument. I have been a vocalist for longer than I can remember, with experience in choir directing, section-leading, and private instruction.
