I have been a tutor for many students who have gone on to have great academic success. I have also spent time in the public school system as a substitute teacher to see if teaching in a class room was a good fit for me. I learned I enjoy the ability to focus on one student at a time, so tutoring is a logical choice for me--and a passion.

...I'm currently teaching Spanish at the United Methodist Preschool in Sandy Springs. I am also tutoring middle and high school students and I meet with small groups of adults, as well as teaching professional adults. My hourly fee includes assisting the student by answering any questions she or he may have over the phone or by email during the week we meet.

I receive wonderful feedback from children and adults I tutor, and my elementary students even give me hugs when I leave. I am very patient and I make sure the student thoroughly understands a topic before moving on.
