...I could work in classrooms as well as work one on one with students. Sometimes there were a group of students who needed assistance with organizational skills as well as needing some kind of routine at home. When I felt it necessary I would ask a parent to come in and the student would express what they felt they needed at home to be successful.

...It is difficult for a teacher to cater to each student in depth in regards to making sure each student understands the material they are being taught. This is why I believe after school tutoring is essential for children to make advancements in school. I also have a seven year old sister whom I have had the pleasure of tutoring since before she entered preschool.
