...Secondly, I try to focus on the diverse needs and interests of students by increasing student-teacher feedback. I do this by frequently asking questions in class. In this way, I encourage my students to take the position of active participants who intelligently engage into the stepwise recognition of the problem, and identification of the objectives and solutions.
