...It is one of my favorite subjects to teach. Portuguese is the most complex of all the Latin/Romance languages. It's melodious sounds make it a beautiful language to hear as well as read.

I have tutored students high school age and older in English, helping them prepare for tests such as the CAHSEE and SAT and helping them with their general coursework. I tutor foreign students in English as a Second Language as well.

I always ask the people I tutor to set goals, whether that goal is to get an A in a class or to understand a movie without subtitles. I understand how second language acquisition works, and will do everything I can to make your time with me not only productive but also fun!

Precalculus (or Algebra 3) is an advanced form of secondary school algebra and is a foundation mathematical discipline. Precalculus prepares students for calculus and explores topics which will be applied in calculus.
