I have worked for years with students in the K-4 ability level and feel that I am very strong laying the foundation in the subject areas of Math- Basics, and Reading and Reading Comprehension. I have been sucessful and helping students become excited to learn and teach others about what they have learned.

Phonemic awareness, symbol imagery, comprehension and guided reading are the building blocks.

MSU has had the number one program for Education for almost two decades and I am very proud to be an Elementary Education major. I have a minor in TESOL which deals with teaching ESL students who do not speak English as their primary language.

I graduated from CSU Stanislaus in 2007 where I majored in Business Administration, concentrating in Human Resources Management. When I was in High School I was in Honors English and Advanced Placement English for three out of my four years. I love to read and write.
