...I use flash cards for math facts and I take a very methodical approach to helping my students master word problems. I have seen most of my students improve their math grades by at least one letter grade in a semester when they follow my methods. A few students have become consistent A students following the solid math foundation I offer, I love helping my students understand science!

...I am working right now as a 1:1 aide in a classroom setting with a disabled student. My very calm, empathetic and authentic nature helps me a lot in connecting with individuals with special needs and I enjoy this work a lot. I got very good feedback from working in all these different settings, from the special needs individuals, to their parents/peers to the teachers I worked with.
