Do you know or can you guess which language it’s in and where it’s spoken?
Is it Hungarian?
I think she said Euro/Europe/a at the beginning. If it’s European, it’s not Indo-European. I hear a lot of /sh/. I’m thinking Basque.

It’s Hungarian. I hear the “egy” sound, which souns like it’s between “egg” and English “edge”. It sounds more vowel-firendly than the neighboring Slavic languages.
