    One of the Berber languages. With the fairly clearly-pronounced schwas, I’ll hazard a guess at Kabyle/Taqbaylit.

    Here’s a clue – it’s spoken in North Africa.

    The answer is Riffian (Tamazight Tarifit), a Berber language spoken mainly in the Rif provinces of Morocco.

    hmm just to add. “Rif” in fact means “countryside” in Arabic. Plural is AryĆ”f.
