Could it be Aleut, spoken in Alaska and Kamchatka?

Right area, more or less, wrong language.

Not so mysterious this language any more, since we had it once before.
(I remember the woman’s voice in the sound clip or the video on YouTube the other clip was linked to.)

Sounds like a Na-dene language to me.

Tlingit, maybe?

The answer is Tlingit (LingĂ­t), a Na-Dene language spoken in parts of Alaska in the USA, and British Colombia and the Yukon Territory in Canada.
