Just a feeling that it could be a Chadic language or a member of the Nilo-Saharan class and is spoken in the belt ranging from Sudan to Nigeria.
The answer is Zumbun (Jimbin/Jimbinawa), an Afro-Asiatic language spoken in Bauchi State in Nigeria The recording comes from the GRN.
Not Arabic may be a Berber language, references to Allah, satan and father heard.

My guess is an Omotic language, maybe Dizin.
