It is definitely a mix of French and German so Alsatian sounds like a very strong possibility. Another guess would be one of the German dialects spoken in eastern Belgium (around Eupen). The start sounds very French to me, the middle very germanic, the end is a mystery to me. I haven't got a clue therefore, though I guess Luxembourgish will either be it or very close.
