The answer is Luxembourgish (Lëtzebuergesch), and the recording comes from RTL.

It's definitely a German dialect with a strong French influence, so I'm gonna go with Luxembourgish too.

I don't think that it's Luxembourgish as it's not German enough to my ears. It is definitely a mix of French and German so Alsatian sounds like a very strong possibility. Another guess would be one of the German dialects spoken in eastern Belgium (around Eupen). They must have a strong French influence.

Without looking, it sounds like German with a French accent. I'll guess Alsatian or maybe Luxembourgish.

Sure has nothing to do with either Dutch or Afrikaans.

The start sounds very French to me, the middle very germanic, the end is a mystery to me. I haven't got a clue therefore, though I guess Luxembourgish will either be it or very close.

Something close to Dutch maybe? There was a Luxembourgish recording on a quiz last year, and it sounded different.

Definitely a German dialect with French influence, probably from Western Germany, Luxembourg, or France. I'm going to guess Elsässerdeutsch.
