It’s Rīga the capital of Lativa where people speak Latvian and Russian. :-) Planning to go there so time this year. Just a hop, skip and jump from Tallinn.

bueno que sepáis eso, pero ¿cómo la identificaron? la arquitectura? vale, yo pensaba que este sitio se situaba por flandes o algún lugar por allí debido al río, los edificios . . . pero sucede que nunca me había pasado por allí así que no baso mis pensamientos en nada en particular. que paséis bien!

It is indeed Riga, Latvia (Rīga in Latvian), where they speak Latvian and Russian. The river in the photo is the Daugava.
