					<description>Sounds like a tongue twister to me!  I'm pretty sure the language isn't Finnish or Welsh; my guess is that it's either Hungarian or Lithuanian.  Lithuanian came to mind first, but then Latvia is just to the north with a related language.  Hungarian is surrounded with languages of other families though, so that seems like a reasonable guess.</description>
