...I believe in finding the research-based strategies which match the learning styles of each student in order to promote a positive learning environment. It has been my experience, when tutoring students who have been through traditional classroom instruction, to opt for alternative teaching styles. My first task is to find the learning style of the student.

...I understand that Science might not be your 'thing.' It's not mine either! But I have achieved mastery of Science in-so-far-as I am eligible to teach early childhood through sixth grade. The important thing when you hire a tutor is that you will be engaged and motivated to to learn.

...I have always been an honor student so I can tutor children that need help in any subject my current GPA is a 3.8. Before I altered my major to History I majored in Business Law however, now it is History with a minor in physiology. I have taught children to read, improved their math skills, enhanced reading out loud and writing essays up to a college level, and comprehension.
