...I use various methods when tutoring but have learned through the years that once the student understands the definition of what is expected they do better. I try my best to clarify and have quite a bit of patience as I work with special needs students as well. I have taught K-12 in the home school sector for the past 15 years and have had hands-on experience with tutoring one-on-one.
