...I am homeschooling my oldest children (16 and 9) which is non-stop tutoring. I am also currently attaining my Masters Degree in Public Policy from Union Institute & University. ...It is extremely rewarding to me to help give younger students a firm grounding in the basic principles of arithmetic and basic number concepts that will carry them through subsequent years of math classes. I readily adapt my teaching style and curriculum to suit the needs and individual learning styles of each child. Reading has been my favorite pastime for as long as I can remember.

I received a B.A. in Japanese and a certificate in Asian studies from Arizona State University, 2010. For my last year of college I studied abroad at Waseda University in their Intensive Japanese Language Program. While in Japan I tutored local Japanese residents and students in English conversation where I made my own lesson plans and hand outs.
