When I was younger I used to have a speech impediment. I wasn't able to pronounce certain words or letters correctly, it caused me to mumble and stutter. I remember the tutor I once had who would come and teach me simple techniques that for most usually comes naturally, like how to curve my tongue when pronouncing the letter R.
