I studied mathematics with minor subjects economics and computer science in Germany up to the Diploma degree, which is equivalent to a masters degree, before I started working on my dissertation in number theory. I offer tutoring in various levels and subjects of math, including statistics and applied mathematics. Tutoring is possible up to grad school level and in German and English.

...However, knowledge alone doesn't make a good tutor. Fortunately, I am capable of transmitting my enthusiasm for languages and words, at least to some extent, to my students. Most native speakers learn grammar instinctively, so they've never had to learn the rules in the way they are taught in a class.
