Sparring drills allow a person to practice a variety of techniques and combinations with a partner. As students become more advanced they practice free sparring which is similar to tournament sparring. At last of the martial arts class it comes to WARM-DOWNS AND CALISTHENICS which includes a few push ups and sit ups at the end of the class which helps to strengthen key musclesand warm down streches help loosen muscles that have become tight during the class
